No, TapDonate can be used for any business where contactless payments are needed. In fact, you can even use TapDonate as an individual if, for example, you need to raise funds for a project or something along those lines.

No. Our contactless payment donation platform comes with Kiosk machines and handheld devices, so that’s all you need to start taking advantage of it. However, we can customise those devices with your business logo and colours to promote your brand or business name, for instance. Plus, if you want an online only system where donors can make out payments directly to you no matter where they may be, we can arrange that too. Just give us a call.

At the moment, our contactless fundraising platform is available in the UK only, although if we plan to extend this to other regions or countries, you’ll be the first one to know!

You absolutely can! Simply agree to our Data Processing Agreement, which is a legally binding document you must agree to. It explains all the rights and obligations of both parties (you and us) when it comes to personal data protection and security.

You can call us on 0161 341 2244 or email us at sales@tapdonate.co.uk. However, when you sign up, as part of the process, you’ll be asked about where to have the kiosk machines installed. So, we’ll take care of that one way or another!

It only takes a few seconds or up to a minute at most. As soon as donors tap their card or payment device against the TapDonate kiosk/handheld screen, you will see a report updated in real time in your dedicated Donations Portal.

No, everything is included in your package. There is no additional charge for accepting payments through TapDonate or any hidden charges that you’ll be surprised with at the end of the month!

While your donors do not need to be online when they use a TapDonate kiosk or handheld device to make contactless payments, your device does need to be online, as live reports are generated when payments are made.
