Per charity payment setup
Each charity connects its own NMI keys in Acquirer Configuration. No shared account, and recurring simply isn’t offered until a charity is configured.
Full subscription history
Donor details, amount, frequency, status, and the linked NMI subscription ID all live in one Subscriptions table with a per-subscription transaction list for support.
Subscriptions reporting
Admins filter by frequency, campaign, and date range to see donation totals and the individual charges behind them.

Pick campaign & frequency
Choose a campaign, amount, and how often to give daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.

Enter card details
Enter card details directly, or scan a QR code to enter them on a phone instead useful for in-person or shared-device flows.

NMI bills automatically
The first payment is taken immediately and the card is saved. From the next cycle on, NMI charges it on schedule we don’t run our own billing.
Cancelling is always easy to trace
Donor self service
Every receipt email includes a one-click cancellation link. No login required. We cancel with NMI first, and only update our records once NMI confirms.
From the admin dashboard
Charity-level admins can cancel a subscription directly.
Every step is logged
Webhook notifications and email attempts are both recorded sent, failed, or skipped so support can always trace what happened on a subscription.
